Don’t Lose Another Day

Dr. John Thomas Giudice, Chiropractor, practices at Apollo Health in Mamaroneck, NY. Serving the Westchester and Connecticut region for over 20 years, he has treated a variety of issues and has truly “seen it all.” From athletes looking to improve performance, sports injuries, overall nutrition and acute or chronic pain.

Functional Nutrition

The basis of functional nutrition is holistic treatment methods that focus on restoring proper metabolism within the cells. In chronic disease that is moderate or even mild, a singular approach may not be enough. We find that the incorporation of functional nutrition in our patients programs has very good results.

Structural Rehabilitation

As opposed to taking prescription drugs that simply mask the pain, which can be dangerous to your health, we use different modalities for structural injuries. This can involve tissue work, chiropractic adjustments, applied kinesiology, prescribed exercises - with the desired outcome to overcome chronic injuries, sports injuries and prevent future injuries.

FNOR

(Functional Neuro-Orthopedic Rehabilitiation)

FNOR is a rehabilitation system that incorporates biotechnology, neuroscience, pain science and musculoskeletal rehab. We use the FNOR model for our patients to activate and exercise both body and brain to get them stronger and increase mobility and at the same time, get them feeling better again by reducing pain.

For serious athletes aged 11-22, conducted in small groups of 2-4 athletes per session, grouped by maturity, age and skill level.

We have put together a 12 week program with advanced modules to come. Ideally, if time permits, attending two sessions per week is preferred.
